Show up as early as your want and stay as long as you like.
BBQ, fireworks (the good stuff is legal), and just plain hanging out.
Drinking is allowed, but we reserve the right to cut you off if you become an asshole =]
Drinking is done at your own risk and by showing up,
you acknowledge that William and/or Jennifer Wickings can not be held
responsible for your actions. You and you alone are responsible for
your actions.
We will NOT provide any alcohol to anyone. You must be 21 or older to
drink on our property.
We also have plenty of room for campers and/or tents on our
property.
We can provide power, but you need to provide extension cords.
Truck drivers. You can either park at exit 65 off of
I-77 at truck stop or across the street from my property in a field.
The field is safe. You will see my trailer there. It used to
be a drop yard for the adjacent factory.
You can drop trailers in either location and bobtail onto property and stay
there if you wish also.
